While some may come off as direct and rude, most Texans are not that way.  They are some of the sweetest, most genuine people in the world.  Heck, most would give you the shirts off their backs if you needed it.  When disasters strike, most Texans run into the danger instead of away.

That's why it's a bit shocking to see the cities on this list.
