This New Dallas Sports Bar Is a Home Run for Baseball Fans
(KNUE-FM) It’s tough to admit that I enjoy the game of baseball, but I have never been very good at it. Regardless of my skill level, I am still excited to hear about this new sports bar and entertainment complex that just opened in North Texas that is all about America’s pastime.
If you know any adults that love baseball or that used to play when they were younger, they are going to love this new location in Dallas called Batbox.
What Is Batbox?
According to WFAA, Batbox was originally created in Mexico, but the company’s founder never opened any locations south of the border. Instead, he created and sold the high-tech baseball simulator to others which allowed purchasers to swing the bat whenever and wherever they wanted to set up the business.

How the Batbox Experience Works
When you visit Batbox, you’re going to see 10 hitting bays, each bay can handle up to 10 players at a time. Players can choose to challenge each other or take on an individual game, including playing a full nine-inning game.
Everyone can choose their own difficulty level, includes the pitch speed, that way the game can be challenging yet still fun.

Baseball Meets Nightlife in Dallas
If you get hungry or thirsty, there are food and drink options available for purchase, including some of the ballpark classics that everyone loves. There are also tons of TVs so you can watch your favorite team while you’re not playing.
